Bug fixes #1


This is the first bug fix report after the submission to GWJ#24.

The new versions are out for all platforms, go check the game page!

I tried to gather your remarks on the game to improve it.

New feature

Android version is out!

A joystick has been added for the Android version, use it to move around


Here is a non-exhaustive list of fixes:

  • the pet can now attack directly when the player runs into a possible target, instead of waiting for the attack cooldown again, if its cooldown is already finished
  • the gunner enemies are now less overpowered: their repel skill lasts a shorter amount of time and it's way less strong, the bullets are a lot slower (they are still pushed by the repel skill), the area of effect and the animation of the bullet exploding are now correctly displayed
  • the number of magic orbs to retrieve in the hidden room now correspond to what has been lost when the player dies, the numbers are updated correctly so that it's not possibly infinite anymore
  • the pet's stats are now growing slower - there may be a limit in the range at which the pet can attack away from the player as it is glitchy and the player has no real control on the pet anymore, the range stat may be replaced by other stats
  • other small fixes...
